UNWANTED ITEMS
Unwanted items may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days or purchase at your own expense and risk. Please contact us using our online Contact Form and we will issue you with a returns authorisation number that will be valid for up to 7 (seven) days.
Returned items must be perfect condition to be eligible for full credit, or exchange. Go Bookstore therefore strongly advises that you to use strong packaging and a recorded delivery service to return any item to us. A full refund will only be issued following inspection of the goods to by the Go Bookstore returns department to ensure that (a) the correct title has been returned and (b) that the copy is in mint, re-saleable condition. Returns received without prior authorisation may not be credited.
FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ITEMS
If an item is received in a damaged condition, or if the item you have received is not the one you ordered, please contact us using our online Contact Form . At Go Bookstore’s expense, we will dispatch a replacement copy as soon as possible and provide instructions as to how to return the damaged or incorrect copy.
